摘 要:研究了直接时效和形变时效时间对Fe-13Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni-0.2C合金微观组织和形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,直接时效后只有少量Cr23C6第二相在晶界和晶内弥散析出,而形变后再时效有大量的Cr23C6在晶内沿某些特定的方向析出。形变时效时间不仅影响第二相的析出数量,还影响第二相析出的方向性,从而影响合金的形状记忆效应,形变时效时间存在最佳值。室温10%形变后再经1073K×300min时效,第二相数量多且在晶内析出的方向性好,合金的形状记忆效应达到最大值80%。The influences of direct aging and strain aging time on the microstructure and the shape memory effect of Fe-13Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni-0.2C alloy were studied. The results show that only a few Cr23C6 particles precipitate in grain boundary and inside during direct aging, more Cr23C6 particles precipitate along some directions inside austenite grains during strain aging.The amount and the distribution of Cr23C6 in anstenite grain are influenced by aging time, the shape memory of specimens is also influenced by aging time,and there exists an optimal aging time in strain aging. The shape memory of specimens gets to the maximum of 80% when aging at 1073 K for 300 min after 10% strain at room temperature, because there are lots of Cr23C6 precipitate and well in directions.
