摘  要:总结了轧辊主要失效方式和轧辊强化与修复的技术应用概况,并分别从激光淬火、激光熔凝、激光合金化和激光熔覆四个方面介绍轧辊激光表面强化与修复的研究和应用现状,最后分析了轧辊激光表面强化与修复存在的问题。The main failure forms of roller and the general application of strengthening and repairing technology on the roller surface were summarized, and the development and application of the laser hardening and repairing technology on the miler surface were introduced as follows: laser quenching, laser melting, laser alloying and laser cladding. Furthermore, the existent problems of laser hardening and repairing on the roller surface were analyzed.
