摘　　要：通过文献资料、访谈和数理统计等方法,从研究方向、课程设置、学制与培养方式等方面对中国体育学硕士研究生培养现状进行了分析,剖析了体育学硕士研究生培养过程中存在的质量问题,据此提出了加强硕士研究生课程与教学的管理对策。Through the method of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics, the paper makes a systemic describes on the present situation of the postgraduate in physical education of China, and analyzes its characteristics from research direction, curriculum constitution, education system and method. Meanwhile, we made an investigation on the key problem of the quality on the cultivation of the postgraduate in physical education in China and provided effective ways to solve the problems. The purpose is that we will provide the reference to improve the quality of the postgraduate degree in physical education of China.
