摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法,分别对江苏省中等职业学校体育教师的数量、学历、职称、年龄、培训、工作量及待遇等问题进行探讨,找出共性问题,提出相应的对策和建议,以便更好的推动江苏省中等职业学校体育快速发展,并为有关职能部门提供参考意见。With document information, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistical and logic analysis method, the problems such as quantity, educational background, title, age, training, workload and treatment of saving the sport teacher of secondary vocational school respectively for Jiangsu are discussed. The paper found out the problem of general character and put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion, in order to promote the sport fast development of secondary vocational school in Jiangsu province and offer reference opinion for relevant function department.
