摘 要:研究了导电炭黑添加量、炭黑形状、试样成型方法对电机塑料风叶用聚丙烯(PP)材料抗静电性能的影响,采用接枝、增强、增韧技术制得具有优良力学性能和抗静电性能的PP材料。结果表明,炭黑的质量分数为5%时,材料表面电阻率为108Ω数量级,力学性能优良,达到电机用塑料风叶材料的指标要求,并可应用于其它对抗静电性能要求较高的场合,用于制造某些结构件。The influence of the content and shape of carbon black, the process form of the sample on the antistatic property of polypropylene(PP) was studied. With the methods of grafting, reinforcing, toughening together, high performance PP with good antistatic property was produced. The results showed that the material with 5% content of carbon black could meet the requirement of the performance of motor blower fan material as the surface resistance reaching 1×10^8Ω. The material was used for making motor blower fans and structure components in some field which asking high antistatic property.
