摘　　要：为了实现对工程机械的远程监控,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统平台的远程监控器,该监控器以MSP430系列单片机为核心,采用GSM/GPRS无线网络、GPS定位及CAN总线等技术,配合远程监控中心可实现对带有控制器的工程机械状态监测和工作控制。详细讨论了监控器的硬件构成和软件体系以及系统的工作流程。硬件系统主要包括MSP430单片机、远程通讯模块、GPS定位模块、CAN总线及电源部分。远程监控器采用无线公网GSM/GPRS中的Internet服务和短消息(SMS)业务与监控中心进行数据通讯,采用CAN-BUS现场总线与工程机械主机控制器交换数据。软件系统主要包括硬件抽象层、软件层和功能层。经过实验室可靠性测试和工业性考核,进行了机械特性和气候特性的测试,实验室测试通过了工程机械车载电器要求的严酷等级标准要求。该监控器适应工程机械的工作环境,运行稳定、可靠。In order to realize remote monitoring of construction machinery,a remote monitor is presented on the basis of embedding system platform. With MSP430 SCM as kernel,the monitor adopts GSM/GPRS wireless network,GPS,CAN bus and other technologies to connect the remote monitoring center to realize condition monitoring and operation control of construction machinery equipped with controllers. Hardware composition,software system and system work flow of the monitor is described in details. The hardware system is mainly composed of MSP430 SCM,remote communication module,GPS positioning module,CAN bus and power source. Data communication between the remote monitor and monitoring center is performed through Internet service in GSM/GPRS public wireless network and SMS business,and data exchange with basic machine's controllers is realized by on-site CAN-BUS. The software system mainly consists of hardware abstract layer,software layer and function layer. The monitor passed rigorous grade requirements of on-board electric equipment of construction machinery in lab tests,and mechanical performances and climate performances have passed in laboratory reliability tests and industrial tests. The monitor is suitable to construction machinery's work environment and is stable and reliable in operation.
