微创伤胸膜外动脉导管结扎术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经左听诊三角小切口胸膜外行动脉导管未闭结扎术的疗效。方法对92例单纯动脉导管未闭(PDA)患者实施动脉导管未闭结扎术,其中行微创伤经左听诊三角区小切口胸膜外PDA结扎术46例,并与常规PDA结扎术相比较。结果微创伤经左听诊三角区小切口胸膜外PDA结扎术在诸多方面优于常规术式。结论该手术具有创伤小、并发症少及恢复快的优点,是一种安全、经济、有效的手术方法,特别适合于儿童患者。Objective To investigate the curative effect of left ausculatry triangle thoracotomy with extrapleural approach for patent ductus arteriosus （PDA） ligation. Methods Ninety two patients with PDA received ligation were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group and control group, Leact auseulatry triangle thoracotomy with extrapleural approach for PDA ligation was performed in the experimental group （n =46）, and conventional PDA ligation was performed in the control group （ n = 46）. The effects of two ligations were compared. Results No operative mortality and morbidity were observed in two groups. But there was significant difference in the length of incision, operation time, duration of hospi- tal stay and drainage volume between two groups. The experimental group was superior to control group. Conelusion Left auseulatry triangle thoraeotomy with extrapleural approach for PDA ligation is effective and safe with the advantages of less injury, less complication and rapid recovery.
