摘　　要：随着疾病谱的改变,恶性肿瘤已成为严重威胁人类健康的疾病,疾病本身特点如治疗时间长、病人低质量的生存状态、预后差和我国专科护理发展滞后等诸多问题的存在,使得这一人群的护理受到广泛关注。培养肿瘤专科护士、探讨具有中国特色的临终关怀模式、开展死亡教育及资源合理配置应引起重视。With the change of spectrum of disease, malignant tumor has become the illness severely threatened human＇s health. The disease characters of malignant tumor patients such as long time of therapy, low quality of living state, poor prognosis and hysteretic specific nursing in China and so on made the nursing care of them should be pay close attention to extensively. It should be thought highly of training specialty nurses for tumor patients, probe into hospitalpice mode with Chinese features, developing death education and reasonable resource allocation.
