摘　　要：针对目前我国房地产登记中存在的问题提出了一些思考,对房地产登记法律制度中存在的如房地产登记机关不统一,登记效力不够明确,以及具有浓厚的行政管制色彩等问题进行了剖析。作者认为,有必要从法律上对房地产登记制度进行进一步完善。The paper puts forward some thoughts on the present existent real estate register problems of our country, and simply analyses some issues of disunity of real estate register office in legal system, ambiguity of register effectiveness, and too tight administrative supervising etc. Thus it is necessary to make present real register system further perfect in law.
