摘  要:研究了1000℃淬火和600℃回火温度下铸造压铸模具钢在未变质和经RE,RE-Nb,RE-Nb-Ti变质后的组织和力学性能。结果表明:铸造压铸模具钢经不同变质剂变质后,其硬度变化不大而冲击韧度有大幅度的提高,组织明显细化,碳化物的形态及分布明显改善,冲击试样断口由准解理断口向韧性断口变化。The microstructure and mechanical properties of die-casting die steel which weren't modified and were modified by RE,RE-Nb,RE-Nb-Ti were studied after quenching at 1 000℃ and tempering at 600℃.The results show that, after being modified by different modifier, the hardness of die-casting die steel has a little difference, impact toughness rises prominently. The microstructure becomes weenier, the shape and distributing of carbide are improved, impact fracture becomes tough fracture fi'om quasi-cleavage fracture.
