摘 要:使用21种随机引物,对四川省四个地方猪品种共18个个体进行了随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)分析。结果表明:RAPD标记具有个体特异性,其多态总频率为78.4%;品种内遗传变异的大小顺序依次为荣昌猪、内江猪、雅南猪和成华猪;内江猪、雅南猪和成华猪间的亲缘关系较近,而荣昌猪与这三个品种的亲缘关系却较远。In this study,random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was used to estimate the diversity of four local pig breeds in Sichuan Province, i. e., Rongchnag Pig, Neijiang Pig, Chenghua Pig and Yanan Pig. RAPD markers of 18 animals were detected with 21 arbitrary oligonucleotide primers, and the percentage of polymorphic fragments was 78.4%. According to the value of genetic diversity within breed, Rongchang Pig was the biggest, and Neijiang Pig was the second in order. In addition, there was a close genetic relationship between Neijiang Pig,Yanan Pig and Chenghua Pig, while Rongchang Pig had a far relationship with these three breeds.The results were consistent with the geographic distributions and breeding histories of these four breeds.
