摘 要:本文研究了位于新疆吐鲁番盆地的沙山、火焰山和盐山的生态环境对微生物分布的影响。结果表明,沙山、盐山和火焰山均属极度干旱,高温,土壤和沙子碱性大,有机质含量低的极端环境。沙山山脚生长有稀少的骆驼剌、胖姑娘、芦苇,其它两山系秃岭。在这种特殊的生态条件下,生存着细菌、放线菌和霉菌,但各类微生物数目极少,比较而言,细菌最大,放线菌数目第二,霉菌最少。但由于它们的干旱程度、碱性大小、地面表层温度高低以及土壤和沙子中有机质含量不同,微生物的分布在数量上各异。The paper studies the effect of the ecological environment on the distribution of micro-organism, The results show that Sand mountain, Flame mountain and Salt mountain being situated in Xinjiang Turpan basin are extreme environment of drought, high temperature, alkaline soil (or sand) and lower content of the organic matter. The other mountains are both barren except that Sand mountain grows very few plant. In the special environment, bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi survive still. Their number is very few.By comparion, bacteria number is most and fungi number is least. However, because the level of drought, alkline, outer layer temperature in the soil (or sand) and content of the organic matter is all different for each mountain, there are some differences on the dis—tribution of micro-organism.
