肾上腺皮质激素复方制剂联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究二丙酸倍他米松/倍他米松磷酸二钠（得宝松）联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩关节周围炎（肩周炎）的临床效果。方法80例患者随机分为联合治疗组和玻璃酸钠（SH）组,治疗组40例采用得宝松联合关节腔SH注射治疗;对照组40例单独应用关节腔SH注射治疗。定期观察治疗后两组患者的临床症状、体征及肩关节活动度的改善情况。结果治疗组治疗次数（5．45±2．5）,明显少于对照组（9．65±3．4）（P＜0．05）。总显效率治疗组36%,明显优于对照组20%（P＜0．05）。结论得宝松联合SH关节腔内注射治疗肩周炎是一种有效的临床治疗措施。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination treatment using ,sodium hyaluronate and betamethasone dipropionate/betamethasone disodium phosphate diprospan on periarthritis of the shoulder. Methods Eigty patients were randomly assigned to two groups： The patients in combination treatment group（ n ： 40） were domestic injected with sodium hyaluronate and diprospan. In the control group, forty subjects were only injected with sodium hyaluronate; The Clinical efficacy, changes of symptoms and motion of shoulder joint were assessed. Resuits The total times of treatment needed in combination treatment group were less than that incontrol group [ （5.45 ± 2.5） vs （9.65 ±3.4）, P 〈 0.05 ]. The overall clinical efficacy rate in combination treatment group was better than that in control group （36% vs 20%, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Combinative injection of sodium hyaluronate and diprospan is an effective treatment for periarthritis of the shoulder.
