激光治疗痔病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的总结激光治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法门诊行激光手术治疗痔病1300例。用组织钳将要切除的痔块提起,在其根部使用功率10～15W的半导体激光将痔块迅速切除,基底部采用10W激光进行汽化凝固2～3次。结果术后当日疼痛即减轻,术后7d疼痛肿胀基本消失。1 100例（84．6%）在术后15～30 d内痊愈,184例（14．2%）在30～45 d痊愈。6例并发严重水肿。发生尿潴留行导尿者9例。发生肛门狭窄2例,经手术治愈。结论激光手术可迅速解除痔病患者痛苦,手术简便,出血少,并发症少,疗程较短,不需住院,是一种很好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of laser operauon（ELO） tor hemorrhoidal disease. Methods 1300 patients with hemorrhoidal disease were treated in the outpatient department since October 2001. The mass of hemorrhoids with tissue forceps was pulled up. The bottom of the mass was cl0mped and resected immediately using semiconductor-laser with power density between 10W and 15W. The bottom of mass was evaporated and coagulated two to three times. Results Pain weakened immediately and swelling disappeared within a week postoperationally. 1100 cases（84.6 % ） were cured within 15 to 30 days and 184 cases（14.2 % ） were cured within 30 to 45 days. Severe edema occurred in 6 causes. Urine catheterization due to urinal retention was performed in 9 cases. Stricture of anus occurred in 2 cases and was treated by surgical excision. Conclusion Laser operation can alleviate the suffering of the patients. Simple procedure, less bleeding and complication, and short duration are the merits of this method for treatment of hemorrhoidal disease.
