摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下寻找鼻出血点电凝术治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果。方法在鼻内窥镜直视下寻找鼻出血点,行双极电凝术治疗顽固性鼻出血52例。结果全部患者经双极电凝止血治疗后,均痊愈出院。50例经1次手术后未再出血,占全部病例的96．2%。全部病例随访3～6个月无复发,无并发症发生。结论鼻内窥镜下双极电凝术治疗顽固性鼻出血,诊断准确,治疗方便,效果好。Objective To probe into the seeking of nose bleeder under nasal sinus endoscope（NSES） and the effect of persistent epistaxis treated by electric coagulation. Methods The bleeders of 52 cases of patients with persistent epistaxis were sought under NSES and then treated by bi-polar electric coagulation. Results All patients cured and left the hospital after treated by the hi-polar electric coagulation. After one-time operation, 50 cases had no breeding, covering 96.2 % of the total. The 3 to 6 months＇ follow-up survey was made on all cases and no recurrence and complications occurred. Conclusion It is accurate in diagnosis,convenient in treatment and good in effect for the patients with persistent epistaxis to be sought nose bleeder under NSES and treated with bi-polar electric coagulation.
