摘　　要：从数字通信技术角度提出了混沌同步定义,指出混沌数字保密通信的应用研究重点是混沌严格同步技术。从网络通信协议的思路出发,在混沌脉冲同步的启发下,提出了一种新的混沌同步方法——混沌协议同步技术,并加以改进,从而解决了混沌数字保密通信的关键技术难题。最后构建了一个基于协议同步的网络混沌语音保密通信系统,验证了此方法的可行性。Our own definition of chaotic synchronization is proposed based on the digital communication technology for the first time. And it is pointed out that the researching key to application in digital chaotic secure communication is strict chaotic synchronization. Then it is enlightened by chaotic impulsive synchronization that we consider protocol for chaotic synchronization. A new chaotic synchronization method ——protocol synchronization technology is proposed and improved, so that the key technical difficulties of chaotic digital secure communication can be solved. At hst, a network chaotic speech secure communication system is constructed using the protocol synchronization, and the feasibility of the proposed method is proved.
