岷江上游退化灌丛优势种的光合特性研究  

Studies on Photosynthetic Characteristics of the Dominant Species in Degraded Shrubs in the Upper Reaches of the Minjiang River

摘  要:采用CI-310光合测定系统对岷江上游四川茂县退化灌丛中川莓(Rubus setchuenensis)、滇榛(Corylus yun-nanensis)、杭子梢(Campylotropis macrocarpa)和辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)4个优势种的光合特性进行了测定,并结合群落调查与物种生物学特性进行了分析.结果表明:辽东栎和杭子梢光合速率日进程呈单峰型曲线,而川莓和滇榛净光合曲线呈双峰型,“午休”现象比较明显.杭子梢拥有较高的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和最低的暗呼吸速率、水分利用效率、光补偿点.辽东栎拥有最大的净光合速率、光补偿点、水分利用效率和较低的蒸腾速率,有利于其在群落中占据空间取得优势地位.同杭子梢和辽东栎相比,滇榛和川莓在光合、呼吸、水分等生理生态特性方面均显示出一定的劣势.The photosynthetic characteristics were determined of 4 dominant species (Rubus setchuenensis, Corylus yunnanensis, Carnphlotropis macrocarpa and Quercus liaotungensis ) in the degraded shrubs in Maoxian of Sichuan, which is located at the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, and their biological properties were studied based on community investigation. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Q. liaotungensis and C. macrocarpa could be described by a single-peaked curve, while that of R. setchuenensis and C. yunnanensis by a double-peaked curve, and they showed a striking "phytosynthetic depression" at noon, a phenomenon related to stomatal restriction factors. Of the four species studied, C. macrocarpa was found to have higher net photosynthetic rate and higher transpiration rate (Tr), and its dark respiration (RD), water use efficiency (WUE) and light compensation point (LCP) were the lowest. Q. liaotungensis had the highest Pn, LCP and WUE, and its Tr was relatively low. These made it easier for them to occupy greater space in the community and thus gain a dominating status. Compared with C. macrocarpa and Q. liaotungensis, the two species of R. setchuenensis and C. yunnanensis were relatively weak in the physiological indexes of photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration.
