西部城市化投资效率的绿色评价指标体系

摘　　要：当前西部地区城市化处于早期阶段,非常容易导致强调经济目标而忽略社会、文化、环境的协调发展。文章在体现资源、环境、生态的承载能力,体现建立节约型社会的需求,体现生存质量的改善和体现城市化后城市资源消费生活环境发生主要变化的基础上,构建了兼顾经济、社会发展、资源环境等多视角评价投资效率的指标体系,并利用主成分分析方法对重庆1995-2004年的相应指标体系进行实证分析。As urbanization in the western region of China is now at its early stage of development, it is likely to put much emphasis on economic growth at the expense of the coordinated development of society, culture and environment. This paper establishes an evaluation index system of investment efficiency that takes into consideration the bearing capacity of economic and social and resources and the requirements for an energy-efficient and environment-friendly society and for the improvement of people＇s livelihood. Principal component analysis was performed in an empirical study of the relevant data of Chongqing in 1995 -2004, using the system established.
