内蒙古自治区税收增长的可持续性研究

摘　　要：基于对内蒙古自治区“十五”期间税收增长态势的分析,剖析了内蒙古自治区税收增长的特征和快速增长的原因,在此基础上提出了“十一五”时期促进内蒙古自治区税收可持续增长的途径和保障措施。Based on an analysis of the reasons and characteristics of the fast increase in tax revenue in Inner Mongolia during the period of the lOth five-year plan, this paper further studies ways and measures to realize a sustainable growth during the period of the 11th five-year plan, including tax revenue institution reform, tax revenue privilege adjustment, perfecting the management mechanism, and creating ecological tax mechanis.m to realize a harmonious, friendly and sustainable development of the economy in Inner Mongolia.
