The Enhancing Effect of LRH A 3 on Reproductivity in Sows

摘  要:50头二产母猪(约×长)被随机均分为5组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ4个试验组分别于配种当天(0d)及配种后5,10和0+10d每头每次肌注LRH-A3(促黄体激素释放激素,促排3号)150μg,并在注药后当天及5,10,20,30和40d耳静脉采血,分离血浆;各组取2头分别于注药前及注药后0.5,1,2和4h采血,分离血清,测定其内分泌变化。结果,各试验组LH峰均在注药后2h,Ⅱ组峰值显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);配后10~30d,各试验组P4含量显著高于对照组;配后30d妊娠猪E1S含量达峰值,且与产仔数呈正相关(r=0.4032,n=46,P<0.01);产仔数及受胎率以Ⅴ组为最佳。Fifty healthy sows of second parity(Yorkshire×Landrace) were randomly divided into five groups( n =10),groupⅠas control,treatments were consisted of i.m.injections of 150μg/head of LRH A 3 on days 0,5,10 and 0+10 respectively for groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ.Blood plasma samples were collected from the ear veins on days 0,5,10,20,30 and 40.The serum samplses were colle cted from two sows in each group immediately prior to injection,and 0.5,1,2,4h later.The samples were analyzed for luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P 4)and estrone sulfate(E 1 S)by radioimmunoassay(RIA).The results showed that:①A surge of LH appeared at 2h after the injection of LRH A 3 with its peak value of groupⅡto be higher than that of others( P <0.05);②P 4levels of groupsⅡ,Ⅴon days 10,groupsⅢ,Ⅳon days 20 and groupⅤon days 30,were significantly higher as compared with groupⅠrespectively( P <0.05),on days 20,that of groupⅤwas higher than that of groupⅠ( P <0.01);③E 1S concentration reached its peak on days 30 and positively correlated with litter size( r =0 4032, n =46, P <0 01);④the litter size of groupⅤwas greater than that of groupⅠ( P <0 05),being more 2.1 piglets,the reception rate of groupsⅡandⅤwas 100% higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅢandⅣ.It is concluded that the injection with LRH A 3 on days 0+10 should be the best choice in enhancing the reproductivity in sows.
