锯茸止血中药方剂的研制

摘　　要：根据鹿茸的组织结构、生长规律和生理特点，选用白芨、炒蒲黄、紫珠、大黄炭、枯矾、血余炭、冰片等７味中药组成外用锯茸止血方剂。通过药物刺激性试验、抑菌试验、实验动物止血试验以及锯茸止血应用试验，结果表明，该锯茸止血中药方剂外用无刺激性；对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制浓度分别为１∶１２８、１∶６４、１∶３２、１∶６４；与目前鹿场常用的锯茸止血药物白藓皮消炎粉、七厘散、腐植酸钠比较，在收取毛桃、二杠茸、三杈茸、怪角茸等不同茸形锯茸试验，止血时间缩短１／２～１／３；锯茸创面感染少，愈合快，对再生茸产量没有明显影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。A prescription of external using for hemostat on incising antler was made of 7 kinds of chinese medicine:rhubarb,chinese redbud,hyacinth bletilla,borneol,parch cat tail pollen,dried alum,carbonized hair.The results showed that:the formula had no irritation as used externally; bac teriostatic concentrations which against E. coli, P yocyaneous bacillus, streptococcus and staphylococcus aureus were 1∶128,1∶64,1∶32 and 1∶64,respectively.As compared with the other hemostats,the prescription could be applied on incising antler in different periods,primary antler,two branches antler,three branches antler and abnormal antler and revealed a variety of advantages such as the shorter hemostatic time,the less infection and the better healing.There was not significant effect on the production of regenerative antler.
