对虾暴发流行病的一种新病原——副粘病毒样病毒

摘　　要：对１９９６年我国河北、山东人工养殖的日本对虾和中国对虾暴发流行的虾病进行了病原学研究，发现引起本次虾病暴发流行的病原是迄今尚未见报道的对虾的一种新病原——副粘病毒样病毒。该病毒主要侵害对虾肝胰腺，导致细胞严重变性。Through the examinations of pathogens of the violent epidemic disease of cultured Penaeus chinensis and Penaeus Japonicus in1996 in Hebei and Shangdong Provinces,China,and the artificial infection test,a novel pathogen,or paramyxovirus like virus,was discovered from the diseased Penaeid shrimps and shown to be a main pathogen of the outbreak epidemic disease of Penaeid shrimps in our country.The virus mainly invaded hepatopancreas of Penaeid shrimps,and caused the degenerative and necrotic changes of the parenchymatous cells.
