摘 要:库尔勒香梨(Pgrus Bretehneidti Rehd)是新疆的著名果品,皮薄多汁,质地细嫩,香甜可口,也是我国梨中的优良品种之一。搞好香梨的贮藏保鲜,延长贮藏时间,改善贮藏品质,调节市场供应,已成为人们研究的重要课题。现代的果蔬贮藏法是依据果蔬成熟过程中其生理生化的研究获得。对果类的研究之所以受到人们的重视,不仅是因为其重要的商业价值,更重要的是由于在果实中存在着生物学中大量的活性有机质。多汁果实的贮藏,The Korle Pears is one of climateric fruits. A rate of ethylene production and its high peak appeared and respiration elimateric period appeared are important physiological indexes in research fruits storage. This treatise takes these as the stress to approach a mechanism of the Korle pears storage. In three years experiments, the result has been confirmed that fruits production of endogenous ethylene can be controled by treatment fruits with r-ray and β-ray of 30 thousand to 110 thousand Rad dose and air-ionization of 10 ion per mililitre Inhibition of r-ray on ethylene production is obvious in earler stage of storage, inhibition of β-ray is obvious in the later stage of storage, physiological effect of air-ionization is distinct, on the one hand it can control biological production of endogenous ethylene, on the other hand it dose not hurt fruits under higher dose. They all can get inhibition on the rate of respiration, but their effect are slight different, biological effect of r-ray is slowly, it emerged the inhibition role only on later stage of storage.
