甜菜当年抽薹株与不抽薹株内源激素含量及平衡状况的动态变化

摘　　要：本试验研究了甜研７号当年抽薹株、不抽薹株和母根生育期间新生嫩叶内源植物激素含量及平衡状况的动态变化。结果表明，当年抽薹株各时期赤霉素（ＧＡ＿（１．３））、脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）含量与当年不抽薹株差异显著，且在抽薹期间（６月５日～６月２０日）ＧＡ＿（１．３）含量激增，ＡＢＡ含量有所增加，而ＧＡ＿（１．３）／ＡＢＡ值也呈激增趋势。ＧＡ＿（１．３）和ＡＢＡ含量，特别是ＧＡ＿（１．３）／ＡＢＡ值与甜菜当年抽薹关系密切。The dynamic change of the content of GA1．3 and balanced state of the bolter（Tianyan-7）Leaves of annual beet was identical with that of mother root，the content of GA1．3 in-creased with plant development before July 20，after that it decreased but was distinct withthat of no-bolter．The content of ABA of bolter raised from June 5 to August 5 and differentfrom that of the mother root and no-bolter. The dynamic change of the content of GA1．3／ABA ratio raised before July 20，after that it decreased，and was different from that of no-bolter.These show that the GA1．3 and ABA contents and the GA1．3／ABA ratio is close to thedevelopment process.
