摘　　要：目的建立乌红天麻中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为NUCLEOSILC_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5(?)m),流动相为乙晴:水(3:97),流速为1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为220nm,柱温为25℃。结果乌红天麻中天麻素在10.83～64.98(?)g·mL^(-1)内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=103.7C+2.4r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.3%。结论本法快速、简便、准确,可用于乌红天麻药材的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Gastrodin in Wuhongtianma .Methods： The column was NUCLEOSILC18 （4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-Water（3：97）,the flow rate was 1. 0mL · min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 220 nm,the column temperature was 25℃. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.83-64.98 μg· mL^-1 with r=0.9999,and the regression equation was A=103.7C＋2.4（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 100. 1%（RSD=0.3%）. Conclusion： The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive for quality control of Gastrodin in Wuhongtianma
