前愈拆方对大鼠前列腺炎模型组织形态的改变

摘　　要：目的:通过对前愈的拆方试验,探讨其配伍规律,明确其主要治法。方法:将前愈拆分为拆方1、拆方2、拆方3 3个组方,用埃希氏大肠杆菌建立大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型,分别将前愈全方、拆方1,2,3给予模型大鼠灌胃治疗,连续给药28d后取各组大鼠前列腺组织,HE染色,制成病理切片,光镜下观察组织形态改变,从前列腺腺上皮完整性、淋巴细胞浸润程度、肉芽组织增生情况3个方面进行疗效评价。结果:前愈全方治疗组前列腺腺上皮完整性最好,淋巴细胞浸润程度轻,肉芽组织增生轻。结论:前愈全方组配伍最合理,以扶正固本为主要治法,在改善慢性前列腺炎炎症损伤方面具有显著效果。OBJECTIVE To study the formulating rule of Qianyu by poartial formulation analysis,and to investigate its main theraprutic methal. METNODS Qianyu formulation was divided into 3 partial formulation according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory mode. The E. coli injected into the prostatic gland of the different groups of the SD rats and the pathological models of the Chronic bacterial prostatitis（CBP） were established. Then, use Qianyu and the 3 partial formulation to cure the different groups of the SD rats by intragastric administration. 28 days later, take prostate out from each groups of SD rats and make them into pathological section. To observe the change of histomorphology and to evaluate curative effects frome the integrity of glandular epithelium and infiltration of lymphocyte and hyperblastosis of granulation tissue. RESULTS The integrity prescription of Qianyu was the best group from the integrity of glandular epithelium and infiltration of lymphocyte and hyperblastosis of granulation tissue. CONCLUSION The whole formulation of Qianyu is the best combination and supporting healthy energy is the main therapeutic function.
