摘 要:简要介绍了板棒式换热器的结构和工作原理,设计制造了板棒式换热器,对板棒式换热器进行了传热与流阻实验。实验结果表明总传热系数理论计算与实验结果吻合较好,验证了模型公式的正确性。板棒式换热器是一种性能优良、结构紧凑的高效换热器,在硫酸工业等气体换热场合将有广阔的应用前景。The structure and working mechanism of plate-stick heat exchanger were introduced briefly, and a kind of plate-stick heat exchanger was designed and manufactured, the experiments of its heat transfer and flow resistance were also done. The theoretical calculation was in excellent agreement with the experimental results, and the validity of model formula was verified. The plate-stick heat exchanger is a heat exchanger with superior property, compact structure and high efficiency. It will have promising application prospect in the realm of gas heat transfer,such as sulphuric acid industry.
