摘  要:织物的平整度等级是一个评价织物外观性能的重要指标。本文给出一种基于双目CCD光栅投影技术的织物平整度等级客观评价系统的研制方法,它利用双目CCD光栅测量中两幅图像相互补偿的方法较好地解决了反光和阴影的问题,减小了噪音的影响,获取了大量高精度的三维数据点。在此基础上,合理构建了反映织物平整程度的特征指标,客观评价了织物的平整度等级。Correctly indicating fabric smoothness grading is method for automatically assessing fabric smoothness grading very important in the evaluation of fabric appearance. A was established, which uses two charge coupled devices and a grating projecting unit. This method uses two images captured by different charge coupled devices to compen- sate each other, so that the problems of reflection and shadow are solved and the noise affection is decreased. A large amount of 3D data points were obtained accurately, based on these the characteristics that intuitively denote the smoothness grading of the fabric were established. Finally, the fabric smoothness grading is assessed objectively.
