摘　　要：说明了信息系统的病态、病源及其一般的消除方法,介绍了业务系统工程和信息系统工程的实施步骤,重点论述了基于汇聚工程的维修器材信息系统开发方法及其实施步骤。Information system＇s morbid condition and etiology and the general method to eliminate the etiology are illuminated.
