摘　　要：通过对过度消费的进程分析,得出其消极危害,不但造成了贫富距离的拉大,而且对人们身体健康和环境压力都产生影响,故采取了适度、公平、以人为本的消费原则来克制这种过度消费的现象。This article through to the advancement analysis which expends excessively, obtains its negative harm, not only has created rich and poor distance enlarging, moreover all has the influence to the people health and the environment pressure, therefore adopted moderately, fair, the humanist expense principle has restrained the phenomenon which this kind expended excessively.
