摘　　要：本文利用近两年的数据对我国对外直接投资的决定因素进行了计量分析并与已有的研究成果进行比较。结果显示,我国的对外直接投资对东道国国内生产总值、出口、汇率、东道国人均国民收入等决定因素的反应与已有文献的研究结果有所不同,且大都不符合理论假设,这说明我国对外直接投资有一定进步,但还很不成熟。在分析了产生这种结果的可能原因后,提出了一些政策建议。Based on the data for the past two years, this paper analyses the Determinants of China＇s FDI, and compares the result with the previous. The reaction of China＇s FDI to the GDP, export, exchange rate and national revenue per captia of host countries is different from the results of the studies before, and it doesn＇t meet the theoretical hypothesis. This shows that China＇s FDI has made some improvement, but still be immature. After analyzing the possible reasons, the paper propose some policy recommendations.
