摘  要:目的:测定自行研制的经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉的力学性能,观察对肱骨骨折的固定治疗效果。方法:实验于2005-06/2006-09在河南省正骨研究院力学实验室完成。①取6.5mm×270mm经皮加压带锁髓内钉2枚,以5mm/min加载速度,进行抗压、抗弯实验,锁钉抗弯及破坏实验。②应用人体肱骨防腐标本造成肱骨中段骨折模型,用经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉和普通带锁髓内钉分别固定左右侧肱骨骨折,对髓内钉安装固定时间和骨折固定后的抗压、抗弯、抗扭性能进行测试。结果:①钉体抗压强度大于339N/mm,抗弯强度为1631N/mm2,锁钉抗弯强度为1203N/mm2,弹性载荷为430N,破坏载荷为2627N。②经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉安装固定时间是普通带锁髓内钉的43%。③反映骨折内固定效果的抗压、抗弯、抗扭等力学性能指标,应用经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉的效果均不低于普通带锁髓内钉。结论:经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉的力学性能和固定效果完全能够满足肱骨骨折内固定的生物力学要求。AIM: To measure the mechanics performance of self-made percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nails, and observe the therapeutic effect in the treatment of fracture of humerus. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Mechanics Laboratory of Henan Institute of Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology from June 2005 to September 2006. (1) Two 6.5 mm ×270 mm percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nails were used to conduct the compression and bending resistance experiments, bending resistance of Iockpin and destruction experiements with the loading velocity of 5 mm/min. (2)Fractural model of midpiece humerus with human antiseptic humerus was made. Left and right fractural humerus was fixed respectively with percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nail and the common intramedullary interlocking nail. It was tested that the installation time and the biomechanics capability of compression, bending and twist resistances after fracture. RESULTS: (1)Compression resistance strength of nails was over 339 N/mm; Bending resistance strength was 1 631 N/mm^2; Bending resistance strength of lockpin was 1 203 N/mm^2. Elastic load was 430 N, and failure load was 2 627 N.(2) Installation time of percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nails was 43% of that of the common lockpin. (3)It reflected the internal fixation of fracture of compression, bending and twist resistance. The effect of percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nails was not lower than that of the common nails. CONCLUSION: Mechanics performance and fixation effect of percutaneous compressing intramedullary interlocking nails can completely meet the biomechanics requirement of fractural fixation.
