摘 要:目的:回顾组织工程化人工皮肤替代物的优缺点,展望其未来发展的趋势。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed数据库2003-01/2006-08相关组织工程化人工皮肤替代物方面的文献,检索词“tissue engineering skin substitutes”,限定文献语言种类为English;同时计算机检索CNKI2000-01/2006-08相关组织工程化人工皮肤替代物方面的文献,检索词“组织工程化人工皮肤替代物”,并限定文献的语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括组织工程化人工皮肤替代物的文献,开始查找全文。纳入标准:与组织工程化人工皮肤相关的表皮、真皮及双层皮肤替代物的文献。排除标准:综述文献或重复的研究类文章。资料提炼:共检索到144篇关于组织工程化人工皮肤替代物的文献,最终纳入39篇符合标准的文献。资料综合:组织工程是再生医学研究的热点,人工皮肤是组织工程迄今为止最成功的产品之一,现已广泛应用于临床。本文从自体或异体培养的表皮片真皮替代物及含有表皮和真皮双层结构的皮肤替代物等方面对该领域的最新研究现状进行综述,并探讨了相应组织工程皮肤的应用情况,分析了组织工程化人工皮肤目前存在的问题及未来应用前景。结论:随着种子细胞和支架材料等的不断完善,组织工程化人工皮肤替代物的基础研究和临床应用的未来前景将会更加丰富和广泛。OBJECTIVE: To review the advantages and disadvantages of the tissue engineered skin substitutes, and look forward to their future uses. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Pubmed was conducted for literatures about tissue engineered skin substitutes published from January 2003 to August 2006 with the key words of "tissue engineering skin substitutes" in English Meanwhile, CNKI wasseamhed for articles related to tissue engineered skin substitutes from January 2000 to August 2006 by using the key words of "tissue engineering skin Substitutes" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The articlesware selected primarily, then those related to tissue engineered skin substitutes were enrolled and their full texts were examined. Inclusive criteria: Articles related with tissue engineered skin substitutes. Exclusive criteria: Reviews and repeated ,articles. DATA EXTRACTION; Totally 144 articles related to tissue engineered skin substitutes were collected and 39 mat the criteria. DATA SYNTHESIS: Tissue engineered skin is one of the most successful products in the field of tissue engineered which is now the hot topic of regenerative medicine. Skin substitutes are currently optimized for clinical application. The paper reviewed the recent development of artificial skin and its using. The relate questions existed and future directions in skin substitutes research ware also speculated on. CONCLUSION: With continued development of seed cells and supported materials, the basic research and clinical usage of tissue engineered skin substitutes will have a prosperous future.
