摘 要:通过正交实验设计出一种新的Mg合金负极材料,研究了几种添加元素对镁合金的电化学性能的影响;用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜结合能谱(SEM)和金相显微镜(EDS)分析了镁合金的相结构、表面形貌和显微组织;采用化学和电化学方法研究了镁合金的化学和电化学性能。结果表明添加合金元素的镁合金内部晶粒尺寸均匀、晶粒细小,具有明显的网状组织;作为负极材料其阳极极化小、工作电位较负且稳定、自腐蚀速度很低,腐蚀产物易剥落,适用于中、小工作电流下工作,其综合性能较AZ31和MB8商用镁合金负极材料要高很多。A novel Mg alloy anode material was developed by orthogonal design, and the effect of additive elements on performance of electrode material was studied. The phase structure, morphology, composition distribution and electrochemical properties of Mg alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), chemistry and electrochemistry methods. The results show that the new Mg alloy material has uniform and fine grain size, obvious reticulation structure. It is suitable for anode material of underwater propulsion for its less anode polarization and self-corrosion rate, easier to be peeled off of corrosion product, more negative and stable work potential. It's synthetical performance is higher than commercial Mg alloy MB8 and AZ31.
