中国内地企业赴美国OTCBB市场上市绩效分析

摘　　要：中国内地民营企业迅速成长,但是融资一直是瓶颈。现在越来越多的中国中小企业选择海外市场上市,其中很多企业进入美国OTCBB市场。但是,国内学者对于国内企业选择OTCBB市场作为海外融资平台存在比较大的争议。因此,通过对上市公司具体绩效进行分析,可以对中国中小企业选择OTCBB市场做出评价及参考意见。Domestic private enterprises of China grow up rapidly,but financing is always a bottleneck.At present,more and more such enterprises choose to coming to abroad market,some of them enter the US OTCBB market.However,there is fierce argument among domestic scholars on the feasibility of it.The article analyses mainly the performance of subjected enterprises,then gives the evaluation and suggestion to China middle-small enterprises which will probably choose the OTCBB market.
