摘　　要：本文从我国高等教育人才培养模式的现状出发,分析传统的教学模式存在的弊端:即缺乏对大学生的实践能力及创新能力的培养。提出教学型大学人才培养模式的改革应从培养学生的实践动手能力入手,培养学生的创新能力。The thesis mainly analysed the traditional teaching pattern disadvantages from the pattern of higher education talented persons：lacking of the ability of practice and creation.As a result,the reform of taught university which occupy an main place in China should start with practice ability,nurture student＇s creative ability.
