摘  要:武钢工业港压力排水箱涵最大内水压力为12m水柱高,地面是石化集团80万t/a乙烯项目的3#厂区,因此,建设业主对箱涵混凝土质量要求较高。本工程在施工过程中,从混凝土原材料、坍落度及外掺剂等方面严格控制,并做到了精心的养护,在箱涵长达1784.5 m的施工中,混凝土仅发生了2条裂缝。对于2条裂缝的处理,经过专家认真分析,结合方案比较,选用结构胶联合碳素纤维布方案,工程实践表明,处理效果很好。无论是裂缝预防还是裂缝处理,本工程成功经验均可供类似工程参考。The maximum internal water pressure of the pressure drainage box culvert in Wu Steel Industrial Harbor is 12-m high water column.The ground is 3# factory area of 800.000 t/a ethylene project of the petrol-chemical group.Therefor.the construction owner requires the higher concrete quality of box culvert.The project strictly controls the raw materials of concrete,the slump and the admixture in the course of construction,and carries out the good curing.During the construction of the box culvert 1784.5m long,only two cracks occurred on the concrete.After the earnest analysis of the experts,combined with the scheme comparisons and selecting the scheme of structural glue jointly with carbon fiber cloth for treating two cracks,the engineering practice makes clear that the treatment result is very good.The successful experience of the project can be provided for the similar projects for reference not only in the crack prevention,but also in the crack treatment.
