新疆宜农地资源及其开发利用

摘　　要：本文主要研究新疆宜农土地资源,确定了评价因素及限制强度,并制定了分类系统,对近几十年来新疆宜农地垦殖现状进行了利弊分析,提出了宜农地开发的基本原则:即工程完善原则;大农业综合布局原则;流域统筹规划原则;近期远期分期开发原则。根据不同区域水土资源的特点进行了分区开发评述。The paper presents a special study on the farmland resources in XinJing.On the basis of the study it establishes the factors of evalution and restrictedintensities. Besides, it makes a through analysis on the situation of advantagesand disadvantages of Xin Jiang farmland cultivation in the past decades. Atthe end of the paper it puts forwardsome basic principles on how to cultivateland for farming as well.
