摘　　要：重点阐述了多星、尤其是星座长期运行管理模式给地面测控系统带来的挑战，并且从地面系统各组成单元入手，分析面临的问题以及解决问题的方法。最后，总结了提高多星运行管理能力的对策与建议。This paper discusses the challenges of long-term operation management of multiple satellites, especially constellation, to ground TT＆C systems. It analyzes the problems and methods to solve the problems starting from the components of a ground system. Finally, it proposes measures and solutions for improvement of the multi-sat and constellation operation and management capability of TT＆C networks.
