摘　　要：根据离子选择电极测量原理，研制了一种快速测量人体血清中钾、钠、氯、钙离子含量的全自动分析仪。仪器具有快速、准确、微量、方便等特点。给出了仪器结构及工作原理，硬件、软件设计和临床应用的测量结果。A automatic clinical electrolyte analyzer, which based on ion selective electrode, has been developedfor the measurement of potassium, sodeum. chloride and calcium in serum. In this paper, the analyzer's measuring principle is described, its structure and the design of hardware and software are also given. The analyzer hasfeatures of fast analysis, less sample consumption, high accurancy and convenience in operation. Good results hasbeen achieved.
