摘 要:针对目前油田常用来改善界面胶结强度的水泥浆体系,以窝存的“死泥浆”为基础,系统评价了四种界面组成条件下的胶结力学性能。实验结果表明,若固井二界面没有窝存的“死泥浆”,早强型水泥浆可使界面胶结强度提高97.62%,但当有窝存的“死泥浆”存在时,它对固井二界面胶结强度的改善效果就十分有限甚至起反作用;窝存的“死泥浆”对增强型水泥浆与模拟岩心之间的胶结强度则影响相对较小,且在各种钻井液混入比例条件下,其固井二界面胶结强度均明显高于纯水泥浆和早强型水泥浆。探讨了早强型水泥浆和增强型水泥浆的胶结强度强化机理,提出了从根源上解决层间窜问题的有效途径。In view of the cement slurry system that improve the interface cementation strength, the cementation mechanics performance under four kinds of contact interface composition conditions are systematically evaluated based on the died mud. If there has not the died mud harbored in the second interface, the early strong cement slurry may enhance the interface cementation strength to 97.62%, but when there harbors the died mud, the improvement effect on the cementation strength of the second interface is extremely limited even for side-effect. The harbored died mud affects the cementation strength between the enhanced cement slurry and the simulation core relatively small, and the cementation strength of the second interface obviously are higher than the pure cement slurry and early strong cement slurry when mixes in drilling fluid under each kind of the proportion condition. It has also discussed the strengthening mechanism of cementation strength between the early strong cement slurry and the enhanced cement slurry, and proposed the effective way to solve the interlayer channeling question.
