摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定柴油烃族组成,氰基柱作固定相,正庚烷为流动相,辅以反冲技术将样品分离成饱和烃、单环芳烃、双环芳烃和多环芳烃及胶质等组分,用示差折光检测器进行检测,气质联用仪分析得到的样品分析结果作为高效液相色谱法对饱和烃、芳烃和胶质分析进行定量校正的依据,考察了不同的标样测得的响应因子对定量结果的影响。结果发现,对不同组成的油样选用不同类型的标样测得的响应因子进行定量时,结果差别较大。A rapid analytical method for Hydrocarbon Group-type in Diesel with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. The samples were separated into: saturates, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by HPLC system with -CN column, Refractive Index Detector and backflushing procedure. n-Heptane was used as mobile phase. GC-MS method was used for quantification of different group- types. The effects of response factors obtained with different standard compounds on the quantitative result were checked, and it was found that the results exist big bias with different response factors.
