摘 要:研制了一种新型应变式全剪切三维加速度传感器,其弹性元件为一双层错位孔的薄壁圆筒,三维加速度分量都利用剪切应变测量。对传感器结构模型进行了大量有限元仿真分析,给出了弹性体的应变分布,按各轴向灵敏度和固有频率等目标对传感器结构尺寸进行了优化设计。有限元分析计算和实验结果表明,所研制的传感器结构简单,具有较高的灵敏度和足够的刚度,各轴向灵敏度也比较接近,加速度分量互干扰小。A new type of three-axis full shearing strain acceleration sensor had been developed. It used strain gauge as sensing element for the detection of acceleration. The yielding part was a thin cylinder on which four holes are opened evenly in two levels. There were three Wheatstone bridges on the beams to detect the acceleration in three directions. The sensor was designed from the results of finite element method (FEM) simulation. As indicated by the calculations and experiments, this sensor is of high sensitivity and adequate rigidity in three axes, and of fairly small cross sensitivities.
