摘 要:根据刃形曲线的设计原理,提出了曲线刃钻头柱面后刀面的刃磨要求和刃磨过程。按照给定的直母线方位角,应用平面表像法,推导了计算万向夹调整角度的公式,分析了刃形曲线点坐标与成形砂轮径向截形点坐标,以及万向夹的转角误差和砂轮的径向截形误差与刃形刃磨误差之间的相互关系,给出了检查刃形刃磨质量的方法。检测结果表明,曲线刃钻头柱面后刀面的刃磨工艺是可行的。Requirements and procedures were proposed for the regrinding of cylindrical flank of curved edge drills (CEDs) according to the principles guiding the design of curved edge shapes. With the planar displaying method (PDM), formulae were deduced for calculating the angles of the universal vice from given orientation angles of the generator of the cylindrical flank. Relations were analyzed between the coordinates of a point on the curved cutting edge (CCE) and those of the corresponding point on the curved side of the radial profile of the wheel, and among the error in angle of the universal vice, the error in shape of the curved side of the radial wheel profile, and the grinding error of the CCE of the drill. A method was suggested to check the regrinding quality of the CCE. Experimental data indicate that the regrinding technique proposed is feasible, and thus it lays a foundation for the spread and application of CEDs.
