摘  要:简要介绍了异形材钢塑共挤的工艺原理、技术特点及其生产应用状况,回顾了与该工艺过程密切相关的基础理论的研究进展,分析比较了目前用于聚合物挤出成形分析的各类数值方法及其特点,介绍了数值模拟技术在该领域研究中的应用现状,提出了通过模拟技术来优化控制工艺和模具结构参数的新课题。以聚合物挤出成形的基础理论和数值模拟技术为基础,结合相关材料、工艺、设备和模具技术进行多学科研究,是解决目前阻碍异形材钢塑共挤技术应用的诸多技术难题的重要途径。The steel-plastic profile coextrusion process and its applications were simply introduced. The development of the theoretical fundamentals related to the coextrusion process was reviewed. The available numerical methods for the analysis of polymer extrusion process were compared with each other. The implementation of the numerical simulation technique in this field was also introduced and a new research item related to the optimum control of the process and the mold parameters was put forward. It is pointed out that to carry out the multi-disciplined research work,including the theoretical fundamentals, numerical simulation in combination of material, process, equipment and mold technology,is an important way to solve those problems obstructing the steel-plastic profile coextrusion technology coming to wide applications.
