摘　　要：美国反倾销法诞生之后,在不同阶段的发展均同美国国内贸易保护的需求息息相关,特别是在当代,更是成为美国进口管制的主要工具。美国反倾销法在起源阶段摆脱了反托拉斯法的模式,走上了灵活的行政制裁的发展道路,可以从历史和现实的角度揭示美国反倾销法在贸易保护中所扮演的角色的必然性。Since the birth of U. S. antidumping laws, they have been closely connected with the domestic trade protection demand in different developing stages. In particular, they have turned into the main forces of import regulation in modern time. The analysis on the U.S. antidumping laws＇ origin of abandoning the anti-trust mode and following the idea of regulating the antidumping through administrative powers would help to reveal the inedibility of the role of the U. S. antidumping laws in the trade protection.
