摘　　要：针对新建洗煤厂采用圆盘真空过滤机作浮选精煤的脱水设备,经过滤后产品水分偏高,脱落率低,过滤机跑冒料现象时有发生,造成企业劳动效益偏低与现代企业要求的高效运营之间的矛盾日益明显。为了解决这一矛盾,提高企业生产效率,我们从机械本身(如真空度、转速、分配头调整、滤布形式和种类、过滤介质的性质等)和入料矿浆两个方面(如入料粒度、浓度、温度、泡沫、粘度等)来提高它的过滤效果。The paper uses disk vacuum filter dewatering equipment for the flotation concentrate. After filtration products high moisture, and low failure rate. Filter out by materials have occurred from time to time, and make increasingly obvious contradictions between low efficiency of the enterprise labor and high efficiency of requirements of the modem enterprise. To resolve this contradiction, and increases production efficiency, We machinery itself （such as the vacuum degree, the rotational speed, an assignment adjustment,filter the cloth form and the type,character of filters medium,etc. ） and feed pulp two aspects （such as particle size, concentration, temperature, foam, viscosity, etc. ） to enhance its filtering effect.
