摘  要:在测定高含量铜时,加入定量的掩蔽剂EDTA来掩蔽体系中绝大部分的铜,控制剩余铜量符合在郎伯-比耳定律的范围内,再在缓冲溶液体系下,加入双环己酮草酰二腙溶液使其显色,测定吸光度。建立了高含量铜的减量分光光度法。实验结果准确,精密度高。A new decreased quantity spectrophotometry for the determination of high concentration copper was developed based on the quantificational EDTA addition to mask the most of copper and the controlled remaining small quantity of copper to meet the need of Beer's law. The remaining small quantity of copper take part in the color reaction with bis (cyclohexanone) oxalyldihydrazone (BCO) in a acetate buffer solution,then was measured by spectrophotometry. The method is accurate and orecise.
