支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗声带病变的护理

摘　　要：目的总结支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗声带病变的护理要点。方法应用支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜为96例声带病变患者治疗,并配合术前术后的护理及禁声、用声的指导。结果术后患者无出现呼吸困难,3例出现低热,5例出现轻度咽痛,随访半年无复发病例,治疗有效率达100%。结论术前做好患者全麻术前准备及心理护理工作,术后密切观察病情变化,做好局部伤口疼痛、出血的护理,并指导患者合理禁声及用声,对患者日后声音的恢复起重要作用。Objective To sum up the main nursing points of vocal cord treated with supportive laryngoscopy in combination with nasal endoscopy. Method 96 patients with vocal cord were treated with supportive laryngoscopy in combination with nasal endoscopy. Pre- and post- operative nursing and guidance on vocal cord-resting and using were given. Results No patient had dyspnea, 3 cases had mild fever and 5 had mild lagyngeal pain. No relapse came up within 6 months and the effective power was 100%. Conclusion The following points, such as preparing the patient for general anesthesia, giving them psychological support before the operation, closely observing the changes of patients, taking good care of the local pain and bleeding after the operation, guiding the patients to avoid and practicing talking in the right way are important to the patients＇ vocal recovery.
