摘　　要：目的总结2例原位心脏移植手术供心的配合及保护方法。方法回顾性分析2例原位心脏移植手术患者供心的保护及配合方法。结果本组无手术死亡,主动脉开放后2例心脏自动复跳,术中、术后B超示心功能及其他各项指标满意。结论良好的护理配合,包括挑选业务精、协作性强的护士参与手术,术前充分准备、严格掌握灌注液的量及压力,努力降低供心能量消耗,对于缩短供心缺血时间、维持稳定且准确的灌注压力、降低供心的能量消耗起到重要作用。Objective To summarize and analyze the methods to preserve cardiac muscle in 2 cases of orthotopic cardiac transplantations. Method Data in 2 cases of orthotopic cardiac transplantations, including the cooperative and protective methods, were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no dead case in study group, and in these 2 cases the hearts recovered beating automatically after the aorta were opened. B-ultrasonic showed heart function and other indications were satisfactory during and after the operation. Conclusion Well nursing cooperation can be an excellent method, which leads to satisfactory medical effect and steady confusion pressure, shortens the time of heart ischemia and reduces the heart energy consume.
